Terms & Conditions:

1. Always try to book in advance. Saturday nights in particular can be book as much as six months ahead, so to be sure of getting the act you want, give us plenty of notice. If you are let down or put in a last minute position we will endeavour to find you a suitable act at short notice.
 
 
2. In the event of a cancellation - you are obliged by law to pay the artiste(s) if alternative work is unavailable.
 
 
3. In some cases we may require a deposit. This is usual for weddings a some private functions, or may apply where it is stipulated in an artiste's contract.
 
 
4. Once you have booked an act from this office you and the act are legally obliged to conduct return bookings through us. Booking privately in this instance is a BREACH of CONTRACT.
 
 
5. Some clubs and associations have recently been approached by persons claiming to be 'agents' and canvassing for work (Without Public Liability Insurance). Your only safeguard is to deal with a reputable firm and with over 20+ years in the business we feel we fall into this category, OUR REPUTATION IS YOUR GUARANTEE.
 
 
6. You will receive a confirmation in writing from us for every act you book. This will include an agreed price. If this is not as you thought you agreed please inform us straight away.
 
 
7. You will receive publicity material (where appropriate) for each act you book. If this is insufficient for your needs then let us know immediately. There will be a small charge for extra publicity material.
